I registered with Adobe on around the same time I got the software so there should be some kind of record of my purchase. I have tried to chat to someone in your live chat forum but as soon as I got through it cut out like they were answering and deliberately then ending the conversation. I noticed someone else had an issue with this company mentioned in the thread "The serial number you have entered has been revoked. I paid £239.19 for this Software at the time and my reason for purchasing CS6 outright is because I don't want to move to the monthly subscription fees that Creative Cloud has. Now when I log in to Premiere Pro CS6 it says that it is a trial version and when I entered the Serial Number it says it has been revoked.
